Payload is a live prompt injection challenge. Teams go head to head against seven AI systems, each one guarding a secret passphrase, and the only weapon is language. Every level teaches a different way LLMs break: goal hijacking, prompt leaking, roleplay jailbreaks, adversarial encoding. Points for cracking levels, penalties for spam and hints, bonuses for getting there first. It can pull in real details about the companies playing to make the attacks land closer to home. Built for AI security awareness training, team offsites, and hackathons, and run live out of a warehouse in Seattle. Reading about prompt injection doesn't make it real. This makes it real.
